1. Use of Auctions
Pennyworth Auctions provides a platform for buying and selling assets through competitive bidding. All participants agree to follow our bidding rules and payment terms.
2. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for inspecting items during preview periods, understanding item conditions, and arranging timely pickup after winning auctions. Payment must be received before item release.
3. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must provide accurate item descriptions and photographs. All items are sold as-is unless otherwise stated. Sellers authorize Pennyworth to market and liquidate assets on their behalf.
4. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between buyers and sellers shall be addressed by Pennyworth management. Decisions are final and binding. Mediation may be offered for complex issues.
5. Limitation of Liability
Pennyworth Liquidations is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of items except where directly caused by our negligence. Maximum liability is limited to the sale price of affected items.
6. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
